Site Support
If you adopt Toonz for your production you can be assisted by the Digital Video support team, both for installation and usage issues. The support includes mail, calls and remote access to your computer. We can provide you with “support tickets”, available at different costs, you can take advantage of 10 calls or choose a full support contract with different duration of 4, 8, 12 months.

We can provide a comprehensive analysis of your incoming production, giving you all the information you need about seats, staff and production schedule. Our wide experience in Toonz production assure we can provide a full support in the pre-production covering also budget, timing evaluation and roles definition, starting from the storyboard analysis.

Production set up
We can share our experience helping you in the production setup phase, to findout which features to use to achieve the desired visual results , in the shortest possible time with the best quality. To do that we will do some tests based on your production materials, or similar ones. This service can be provided on site or remotely.

Installation & Configuration
We can make available our experience helping you in the production start up, this means that we can configure your computers to cover all the roles, customize each installation according with its usage. This service can be provided on site or remotely.
